Your body has detox methods working already. Some may ask, why detox?
The main goal of a detoxification program is to help and assist your body’s own cleansing system. We are all aware of the many chemicals present all around us. Popular foods contain many additives as well.
Much as you may be healthy many of us want to achieve optimum health. Have more energy, strengthen our immune system, and life a longer more vigorous life.
Good recipes for detox diet can help us get all that. it is important to take a reasonable and informed approach when starting your detox program. Going too far too fast can be harmful. A well designed plan is one you can incorporate into your daily life.
For example lemon is known to be valuable for detox. Without going to a great extreme one can simply keep a bottle of lemon juice on hand and add some to every glass of water. You will likely find yourself drinking this instead of the many high calorie drinks and have the double benefit of losing some excess weight.
