You Can't Do Master Cleanse Without This
This is very simple, almost so simple I wondered if I should write a whole post about it. But, it is one small yet very important thing anyone can do to help themselves be healthier.
Every morning, before you eat anything, have a big glass of water. A good 16 ounces.
I have been reading that a common health regimine in existance for at least hundreds of years it to drink 1.5 liters on arising. That seems a little much for daily detox but if I was not feeling well I would certainly do this.

I had a heart attack and a stent placed this year and I have been on 6 meds a day since April, I need to lower my salt intake and my blood pressure. I cannot believe how simple taking water in the morning and consuming lots of vegetables and especially vitamin C will help me to keep my blood pressure down. I will give you some more info later I am on a mission.
You must see the movie “Food Matter” it will totally change the way you See food. I saw it on Netflix.
