Spinach Soup Detox Cleasing Diet Recipe
This is a quick and simple to make soup that will energize and revitalize.

This recipe makes 2 servings.
Get these items ready at your counter:
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup diced leek
1/2 cup diced carrots
1 pound of spinach
3 cups water
1/2 teaspoon Thyme
1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
Here’s what you do:
To get started Sauté the onions, carrots, celery, leek in a pan
with the oil and garlic.
Slowly pour in the water and add the Thyme, simmer for one hour
then leave to cool for one hour.
Puree in a blender, then put back in the pot on medium heat.
Add the spinach, cook just until it wilts, and serve hot!

When I make Green Tea I use 3 bags in a tea press and add a good amount of honey.

Honey is the combination of nectar — secretions from the flowers of some plants — and other sweet plant deposits that are gathered and modified by honeybees.
The ancient Egyptians used honey as an embalming material and treated cuts and burns with it. The Greek physician Hippocrates cured skin disorders with honey, and the Romans cleaned wounds with it. Even as recently as World War I, doctors treated wounds with honey. Honey is a little expensive but I use it daily anyway.
Pomegranates are a little tricky when it comes to getting the seeds out but my method gets it done in a couple minutes. Just cut it in half then into wedges. Use a fork to flip the pomegranate seeds into a bowl. I just eat that as is with a spoon but it occurs to me next time I will try them with honey on them.
Even if you have this once in a day as a snack you will be helping the healing power of your body. If you wanted to have this a few to even several times in a day you would only add to the results.
I lean toward having a daily detox diet that is not too extreme so am planning to devour a bunch of those little grape tomatoes as my next food event.

This Detox Cleansing Diet Pomegranate Salad Recipe is quick and easy to make. I think you will also find, as I have, that this slad recipe is very refreshing and invigorating.
Here is what you need to gather:
a Pomegranate
Some dark green lettuce, I used Romain Hearts here.
Some Celery, a few to several
A small Green Pepper.
Can you see where I am going with this? Are you starting to feel hungry?
2 of the major parts of this are powerfull detoxifiers.
Pomegranate is certainly one of the strongest detoxifiers and after I read from a study in Japan that after drinking 8 oz of Pomegranate for 1 year the people had redused the build up of plaque on their arteries by 20% I am looking for more ways to include Pomegranate in my diet.
chlorophyll is what makes plants green. The darker the green the more chlorophyll is there.

Now on with our lovely salad.
I like to just chop the Romaine, celery, and pepper into a bowl then add the Pomegranate ofer that.
I take a fresh whole pomegranate and cut it in half, then into wedges. That seems to be the easiest way to get the little pomegranate pieces out. I use a fork and just flip them right into the bowl. I add no oil since the Pomegranate provides lots of nice flavor. I find the fresh Pomegranate less tart than many of the juices. I am not sure why that is. Look for my post when I do a fresh juicing of these. I think they will go good with the grapes.

Yes I actually did this. For all my dear readers I assure you this was easy and I was not hungry in the least. By the way I took a wonderful bicycle ride today, it was just lovely.
This is for a whole day. It is a piece of cake, however for you cake lovers, there is no cake involved.
But there was coffee, yes well I must have my AM coffee or life is just not what it should be.
…and a banana, yes, coffee and a banana. If you are still hungry have another then.
So you are wondering just what is for lunch, grapes, a whole big dinner soze plate piles with cold grapes fresh from the fridge and cold as can be. (are you getting hungry?) With the grapes get a big glass of water and another after that, put some lemon juice in there. Enough to make it a little cloudy and as much as you can possibly handle.
Lemon clears mucus like nothing else, though cayenne pepper comes close. They use that with maple syurp in the master detox so if you want to make up that beverage go right ahead. In fact I drink at least the lemon water every day. My lungs are much clearer as a result of lowering the mucus.
You may be surprised how filling and satisfying this is.
Then for Dinner I had some beans that I mixed with chicken broth and a little chicken. Along with that I made a solid 30 ounces of carrot and celery juice.
Now this diet will help you heal, have better energy, lose weight , look better, and think clearer. The food of God and Nature. Our beautiful abundance.

You know how it is sometimes you get so busy you don’t want to take time to fix something fancy to eat? Well I get like that. The preparation time just feels like time I do not happen to have that day.
What is more detoxing than carrot juice? Not a lot I think. Carrot juice is orange due to the high quanity of beta carotine. That is used by your body to make vitamin A. That is why people say carrots improve vision.
So the main course is about 30 ounces of fresh carrot juice.
Some people may want to lynch me for what else I ate, maybe. I believe humans are omnivores which means they eat vegies and meat so I had some skinless chicken breast.
I cooked the chicken with some Broccoli and added olive oil, lemon juice and some honey before I steamed it.
And that was dinner? Pretty much. I may grab a quick snack later. It all took about 10 minutes to make AND clean up after.

This is really simple and easy to do. Kind of a 1,2,3 thing. So excuse the short post and try this.
1) Make a big pot of green tea, put honey and lemon in it
2) Slice 2 oranges into small wedges and put them on a big plate.
3) pile on a bunch of grapes.
I just sit down with this in front of the computer and munch on it. After a couple hours I just munched some tuna salad, it may be good to have some type of protein with this because it is kind of high on the sugar side. Protein helps regulate your blood sugar level.
