Speaking of going back to foods I like as a child, I always loved peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. I shudder to think what that hydrogenated peanut butter and that fake plastic white bread has done to me over the years. But I made a healthy adjustment, natural peanut butter, honey, and multi gran whole bread. That may not sound like a big change but if you think of how different those foods are you should see it is a big change.

The important thing is to incorporate a cleansing and detoxifying diet into your daily life by starting with healthy food you enjoy eating.
