This is a recipe for one person.
You will need to have:
2 lemons
1 large grapefruits
200ml of distilled water (or filtered)
2 tablespoons cold pressed flax oil or olive oil.
1 teaspoon of acidophilus or multi microbe probiotic formula
1-2 cloves of fresh garlic
2 inches of fresh root ginger
a dash of cayenne pepper
Here how to prepare this:
Squeeze the lemons and grapefruit into a blender.
fine grate the bginger and garlic, then use a garlic press to put in the blender.
add the water, oil, probiotic or acidophilus, and a dash of cyanne peper.
Now blend it until smooth, usually about 30 seconds.
This liver detox recipe has all of the known to be best liver cleansing foods. There are no negative side effects. You may see some odd colored stools from some of the things that will be cleansed from your liver, and you may get a bit of garlic breath. The grapefruit cuts down the garlic breath and you could take some chlorophyll for that. Everybody I know loves garlic and does not find the smell bad.
I do this liver cleanse recipe every one to 3 months. When I take this I will not eat anything else for a few hours then I will only eat salad or steamed vegetables for the rest of the day. If I am very hungry though sometimes I will have some brown rice or a sweet potato.
