Foods That Cleanse and Detox Your Body
Fortunatly there are many foods that cleanse and detox your body.
Simply making your food habit to eat fresh fruit and vegatables evrey day will go a long way. Personally I make my daily food choices with a goal of 50 to 75% fresh food. Whole grains and nuts are also helpful.
If you are only getting a couple pieces of fruit a day you are not going to have the healthy benefit of the foods that detox and cleanse

Green Tea is one of my favorites, I make a big pot with 4 teabags, honey and lemon. Healthy Healthy Healthy.
Lemon Juice removes mucus from the body and provides lots of vitamin C. Get a big bottle of it and pour it in water. The Master Cleanse Diet is based on Lemon and Maple Syrup.
Cayanne Pepper while maybe more of a condiment that a food it is very good for you. Improves breathing and fights infections.
