Detox Diet To Lose Weight

There are a few different levels of detox diets and all will help you lose weight.

The essence of all detox diets is to promote your body’s own natural healing power. This will result in you having more energy. When you are more active you will burn more calories and lose weight.

On a basic level eating much more fresh food is how to take the first step. Simply find fresh foods you like until at least half of your diet is fresh food. It is important to find the fresh foods you like ot eat. Do not be too concerned about which ones. As time progresses you will find better combinations and more flavorful ways to fix them.

Adding a couple nectorines or peaches, or banana, or pears, or apples, or strawberries to vanilla yougert or whole grain cereal. Make it half fresh.

Last night I cut up 2 apples and an orange and added some chicken breast on the plate. That was dinner. A very healthy dinner. Maybe that does not sound too grat to you. I would not have chosen these foods back when I was eating what Ihad gworn up eating. Over time these fresh foods full of detox, cleansing and healing power taste wonderfull to me.

Sit a big bowl of grapes next to you when you are a the computer or watching TV, it is just that simple to begin to detox your body.

Personally I find steamed vegitables entirely healthful and delicious. Asparagus, brocolli, carrots, peas, colloflower, onions. Which do you like the most? Add some seasonings. Pasta blend, pepper, garlic.

Right now I am making soup. This is a very heardy soup. I took the last of a chicken I had and slow boiled it for a while. Then took out all the bones and skin. I expect some people will not consider this part of any detox diet but I do not agree. There is just a little chicken and a lot of flavor. Food has to taste good. Now what will make this healthy and heardy is adding a whole yellow onion, some small potatoes, crushed garlic, broccoli and some cremini mushrooms. Seasoned with a little lemon pepper, and some ” Mixed Up Salt”;. The little taste spoon full was delicious and the smell is becoming a distraction, if you know what I mean.

I have lost 30 pounds over about 6 months of getting serious about eating a healthy natural detox diet.

So far I discussed the basics of getting going with a detox diet, this becomes your constant food choices because it make you feel better and have more energy so it is unlikely you will go back to fat.

The juice detox diets are an easy 2nd level step to a full detox diet program.  For example my Detox Juice Diet Recipe . Juice detox can start with just making a big glass fo fresh juice and having it as one of your days meals. You may be supprised how filling and satisfying 24-30 ounces if fresh juice is. I think it has to do with the high quality of nutrition provided.

The next step is a full day juice only. Remember to stay with mostly fresh salads or vegirables the day before. It helps if you do this on a time when you can relax. The day after start with easy to digest foods like oatmeal. Doing this kind of juice detox fast once a week or even every other week will help you a lot. It has definatly helped me to lose weight and feel better. I feel my focus, enthusiasm and mental acuity has sharpened as well.
