Breath 10 times on a piece of glass and it is easy to see how this happens. Not only do you get rehydrated but since you have nothing else in your stomach the water is rapidly used and flows to all your cells.
At the end of the day we often feel the need for a snack. Here is a moment when you can do something good for your body or create a lifetime of chronic illness. The little things we do every day for or to our bodies add up over time. In 10 years the 3650 pieces of fresh fruit or the 3650 bags of potato chips will bear the harvest.

Sure you can push it further, juice fasts, weekend fasts, all kinds of other recipes ar all good. But if you spend the rest of the time eating fast food, and everything cooked, processed, and not alive then you are just begging for chronic health problems.
Making half or more of your diet fresh food will make you loose weight, have more energy, and just feel better. If that is all you do but you make this your daily ongoing food choice you will reap a lifetime of benefits. It may not be all that easy to switch if this has not been your habit. I tell my friends to just eat anything you like as long as it is fresh. You have to find what you like. Some combinations work better than others.
I just made a baked potato, then put fresh onion, fresh garlic, basil. pepper, and some vanilla yogurt. Tasty and healthy. For me forget about plain yogurt. Cannot take the flavor. Yea I baked the potato because they taste really great. Food has to taste good or forget about it. So just think about what kind of fresh things would be good on a baked potato? Bananas? Apple Slices? Strawberries?
