Just had this today and it was excellent, tasty and refreshing.
First get 2 cucumbers and 3 Fuji apples. Cut them up and Juice them in your juicer.
If you don’t have a juicer see the ones listed on the sidebar and grab one from Amazon. Free shipping right now I think.
Then to round it out and make it a solid meal grab an Avacado and some full grain or better yet multi grain bread. I like mayonaise but if that bugs you try olive oil. To season it I add some Lemon Pepper and garlic powder. Writing this is making my mouth water.
I have a quick trick for putting the avacado on the bread that you might appreciate. I cut it in half, take out the pit, then squeeze each half together right over the bread. It all mushes out just fine and right now. Then I chop across it a bit so it all fits. One medium avacado is fine for one sandwich.

A couple days ago I had this diet for a full day. It was delisious and full of powerful antioxidents. A detox diet like this is so simple to do because, once you get used to them your are not hungry all day yet becoming healthier. You could, of course, use a couple different juice recipes through the day. The idea is a day of juice only to detox and cleanse your body.
The recipe amount makes a good meal size amount for one person. I had this 3 times during the day.
1) Take a nice big Pomegranate from the fridge and cut it in half then into wedges. Use your fingers to push the seeds into a bowl. Don’t worry when a few small pieces of the pomegranate husk fall into the bowl also, just pick them out. Then I just get a spoon and eat this while drinking my cranberry apple juice. Yes, I know this is not officially juice but they real taste great this way.
2) Take about 5 apples and a one pound bag of cranberries and juice them up. Hopefully you had them in the fridge and they are nice and cold. This is a delicious blend and feel free to add this to your daily detox list. If you had a big glass of this with breakfast I think your would be glad you did.

This is very simple, almost so simple I wondered if I should write a whole post about it. But, it is one small yet very important thing anyone can do to help themselves be healthier.
Every morning, before you eat anything, have a big glass of water. A good 16 ounces.
I have been reading that a common health regimine in existance for at least hundreds of years it to drink 1.5 liters on arising. That seems a little much for daily detox but if I was not feeling well I would certainly do this.
