Yogurt, honey, whole grain breads, oatmeal, salads, fruit. These foods will heal many illnesses. These foods will give you energy. These foods will give you better focus.

You know how it is sometimes you get so busy you don’t want to take time to fix something fancy to eat? Well I get like that. The preparation time just feels like time I do not happen to have that day.
What is more detoxing than carrot juice? Not a lot I think. Carrot juice is orange due to the high quanity of beta carotine. That is used by your body to make vitamin A. That is why people say carrots improve vision.
So the main course is about 30 ounces of fresh carrot juice.
Some people may want to lynch me for what else I ate, maybe. I believe humans are omnivores which means they eat vegies and meat so I had some skinless chicken breast.
I cooked the chicken with some Broccoli and added olive oil, lemon juice and some honey before I steamed it.
And that was dinner? Pretty much. I may grab a quick snack later. It all took about 10 minutes to make AND clean up after.
Your Body’s Natural Detox Process
People start detox diets because they think it will help fight infections, be healthier, and have more energy. This is true but one thing many people may not sufficiently consider is the healing power your body already has.
To begin with your body has built in defenses to fight disease. Your immune system is strengthened by healthy eating, getting enough rest and relaxation, exercise.

This is really simple and easy to do. Kind of a 1,2,3 thing. So excuse the short post and try this.
1) Make a big pot of green tea, put honey and lemon in it
2) Slice 2 oranges into small wedges and put them on a big plate.
3) pile on a bunch of grapes.
I just sit down with this in front of the computer and munch on it. After a couple hours I just munched some tuna salad, it may be good to have some type of protein with this because it is kind of high on the sugar side. Protein helps regulate your blood sugar level.

Hopefully I have not harped on this too much. I think it is important to make detoxing a part of my daily life.
Today we have a tasty juice my dear, about 30 oz freshly made.
1 whole celery bunch
6 carrots
3 apples
4 garlic cloves
The garlic really made it a winner. The taste was light and rich.
There were 2 pears that were getting nice and ready but since the juice was done I just sliced them up and this is dinner.
When you try this one you will be surprised how filling this is and how you won’t be hungry soon. I think this is because your body can use almost everything you just ate.
